Research & Challenges

I researched custom design apparel services and shared key insights with the team. I conducted qualitative research to identify user pain points and initiated a competitor analysis to highlight our unique offerings. This comprehensive approach aimed to enhance our service and better meet customer needs in the market.

Once an order is received, the admin assigns the task to the TCL employee. The admin can check the status and process of all orders

Ensuring seamless transparency for customers during customization

Offer an intuitive design platform and provide design templates

Shows real-time preview options to meet customer needs

Displaying processing track details is helpful in tracking deliveries

Employee Portal

Once an order is received from the admin, they will start working on the requirements and send a preview to the customer

If the customer requests any fixes, resolve them and send updated versions until the customization is finalized

Customer Portal

Customers can view the details once the status changes to "Ready to View."

Easily request changes to your order by adding your own designs and suggesting additional features
